Phan Thuý Hà was born in 1979 in Hà Tĩnh and lives in Hà Nội. She is the author of five books, including Đừng Kể Tên Tôi [Don’t Mention My Name] (2017), Qua Khỏi Dốc Là Nhà [My House Is On The Other Side Of The Hill] (2018), Tôi Là Con Gái Của Cha Tôi [I’m My Father’s Daughter] (2019), Gia Đình [Family] (2020), and Những Trích Đoạn Của Các Anh [Excerpts from Their Stories] (2021); all published by Phụ Nữ Publishing House, Hà Nội.
