Khang Vu is a doctoral student in the Political Science Department at Boston College and a regular contributor to the Lowy Institute’s blog The Interpreter. Khang earned his master’s degree from Dartmouth College in 2019. He has written for War on The Rocks, The Diplomat, The National Interest, East Asia Forum, to name a few.
